Exchanges and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receiving your product if you are unhappy or the product is damaged due to our error, please contact our 24-hour support staff at to start the return process.

Please do not send your Cozie's back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in like-new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping charges or tips are non-refundable.

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If you are returning multiple items of the same type but they were differently discounted due to sales or offers during purchase, we will refund the lowest discounted items first.
  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before the refund appears.

  • Returns & Exchanges are to be shipped back to our Canada warehouse for inspection and processing
  • We accept holiday returns/exchanges up to Jan 15th

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
  • We only replace Cozie's if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to start the exchange process.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 1 week of receiving our confirmation email, please first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Processing times vary by payment method and it may take some time before your return is officially posted to your account.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
